Can I work for your organization?

We are 100% volunteer ran and no owners, board members, directors nor anyone person working for us is paid.

We have started to allow volunteers on a scheduled basis.

We do not have any paid positions and are ran solely through volunteer efforts.

Please see the volunteer tab for upcoming dates and details regarding volunteering.

Are you open to the public?

Unfortunately we aren't.
Our animals are easily stressed by new people and noise. We have thought about this for a while, as we know there are many people out there who love foxes and would love to see them and learn about them, but education shouldn't come at the foxes' expense.

Our foxes are our #1 priority and since we pride ourselves on keeping them happy and as stress free as possible we hope you can understand why we made this decision.

We will continue to rescue foxes in need and are more than happy to be able to provide sanctuary and serenity to foxes that are particularly skittish and timid.

I Found a fox, what should I do?

Unless they are in need of medical assistance, leave them be. If any fox is in need of medical assistance they should be taken to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. We do not take in wild foxes or other wild animals.

Make sure the animal is kept warm and in a secure crate or box until a rehabilitator has been contacted.

You can find a rehabber near you by going to AHNow.org and entering your zip code.

what do the foxes eat?

Our foxes eat a wide variety of both raw meat and kibble to keep them healthy.

We feed chicken, duck, turkey, quail, geese, rabbit, mice, rats, goat, lamb, mackerel, sardine, venison, and eggs.

Where do the foxes stay?

Our foxes are kept in secure enclosures more than eight times the size Florida law requires. Each enclosure has shelves to climb on, tunnels to go through, plenty of shade, and different enrichment every day.

Some of our foxes are permitted to come out for additional exercise. These are foxes with special temperaments and training.
